Dear Maestas Family,

Itís time to let Adelita know if you are coming to the reunion. July is just around the corner and if you RSVP and pay by June 15 we have a bargain for you. Until June 15, the 2007 fees will apply; the new 2009 fees will apply after June 15. So write to Ta, by snail mail, and send your check to the following address. Your check should be made out to Maestas Family Reunion.

You can let Adelita know by e-mail how many people will be attending, but youíll have to use snail mail to send a check for the fees.

The payment classes and prices are:

Class 2007 2009
Family of 6 or more: $40 $75
Family of 5 or fewer: $30 $60
Couple with 1 child over age 6: $30 $60
Couple with 1 child under age 6: $25 $42
Couple without children: $25 $35
Single (no spouse/friend, no children): $15 $25
Note: A single parent with 1 child will be considered a couple, rather than a family.

Here is the tentative schedule of activities. Many activities are available all day, such as Secret Pals. You can drop by anytime during the day, sign up for a Secret Pal, then youíre done and you can go on to something else!



Thursday All day Set up kitchen tent, canopies, and tables - make any needed repairs as possible - Everyone arriving and setting up their own tents
6 - 7 PM Supper
After Supper Cleanup, Campfire, etc.
Friday 7 - 9 AM Breakfast and Cleanup
9 AM - 6 PM Secret Pal station

Menu

Note: "drinks" for each meal include coffee, tea, some kind of fruit punch, fruit juice with breakfast, or what ever you would like to provide. The first meal will be supper on Thursday. You provide your own breakfast and lunch on Thursday. The last meal provided will be breakfast on Sunday.

Breakfast To Be Determined
(Probably will be something like fruit, bagels, pre-packaged Danish, etc., because no-one wants to stay and do the clean-up required for a full breakfast.)

What you need to bring


You will need to bring water, at least 2 gallons per person, and 1 dozen tortillas or 1 loaf of bread per family, and 1 package of cookies per family. Bring your folding chairs and bring folding tables if you have them. (Remember to label chairs and tables with your name.) We have no guarantee of having tables and chairs available as we have in the past.


Expect a reminder message approximately on June 10.
